DescriptionLetter from Boyle to Robinson, Aran an Uachtaran, Phoenix Park, Dublin and addressing "Dear Mary and Nicholas" (Robinson). Boyle opens with referencing Mary's R obinson decision not to stand for a second term as President of Ireland and hope the post of United Nations High Commissiononer comes to pass. Boyle encloses some documents, form Bertie Rachman and also reports by Ian Martin on Human Rights field operations in angola and Bosnia and who is attached to the Human Rights Centre in Essex. Boyle also mentions that the World Report on Freedom of Religion and Belief is to be published in June and had hopes of Mary Robinson launching the book but a lack of funds now prevents that but a later launch will happen in the U.S. Boyle ends with mentioning Turkish/Kudish Human rights abuse cases and says "Nothing highlights the limits of Human Rights litigation more than these cases. We are dealing with gross violation in a forum that I think, wants to be a Constituitional Court, not a Human Rights Court."
