Sorabjee, Attorney General of India, thanking him for his comments made in an after-dinner speech at the conference in New Dehli and apologising as the conference had to end early owing to orders from American State Departments for American citizens to leave India owing to terrorist threats made against Americans in India at the time. A press cutting of coverage of the threats made againts Americans and the reasons for same in attached.
